Bobo’s Surf’s Up surfing school is located in a perfect and strategic spot for beginners to learn. At the same time the waves break good in the outside for the advanced surfer, beginners can practice safe in the inside reforming white water. Our school is run by Victor M Peralta M (aka Bobo) a former Dominican surf champion.

Originally born in Santo Domingo- the capital of the Dominican Republic, Bobo moved to the north coast, more than 20 years ago. In the search for better waves “surfing is my passion and when I teach I do it with devotion”. With 26 years surf experience in free surf and contest, that included more than 10 years as a surf instructor , he will guide you with the best techniques giving you a better understanding of wave riding, to learn and improve your surfing and to step up into the next level. Bobo’s Surf’s Up is located at Encuentro beach (at Bobo’s point), at short 5 min drive west from Cabarete.
